* Costs for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Posters are for members of ERBI, LBN, OBN and Medilink East. Non-members add 25%. All prices are ex-VAT.

Exhibitors requiring tickets in addition to those included in their package will be invoiced either £125 or £200, according to their membership level in the associations listed above.

All exhibiting companies (Gold - Poster) may submit "Free Consultation" topics. This additional benefit is not available to Service Provider registrants.

Workshops are open to all participants except where the workshop host deems there is a conflict of interest.

Small Print

Registration closes 14 October at 4pm

All participants must be pre-registered, in order to get on site. Registration will close at 4pm the day prior to the event, after which point no further registrations or replacements can be accepted. Please ensure you and your colleagues are registered on time.

Cancellation policy

Refunds on cancelled service provider registrations and exhibit bookings will be made minus a 30% charge until the cut off date of 15 August 2008.  No refunds will be made after this date. Bookings made after this date will incur full charges, whether or not the booking is utilised.

Substitution

Substitution of delegates may be made at any time up to 4pm on 14 October 2008.

Payment

You will be contacted regarding payment, if required. Invoicing terms are payment in 30 days, or prior to the event, whichever comes first. If payment has not been received, you will be required to pay by credit card on site, prior to entry to the event.

Workshops

Workshops are open to all participants except where the workshop host deems there is a conflict of interest.
