Small Print
Registration closes 14 October 2008 at 4pm
All participants must be pre-registered, in order to get on site. Registration will close at 4pm the day prior to the event, after which point no further registrations or replacements can be accepted. Please ensure you and your colleagues are registered on time.
Cancellation policy
Refunds on cancelled service provider registrations and exhibit bookings will be made minus a 30% charge until the cut off date of 15 August 2008. No refunds will be made after this date. Bookings made after this date will incur full charges, whether or not the booking is utilized.
Substitution
Substitution of delegates may be made at any time up to 4pm on 14 October.
Payment
You will be contacted regarding payment, if required. Invoicing terms are payment in 30 days, or prior to the event, whichever comes first.
Workshops
Workshops are open to all participants except where the workshop host deems there is a conflict of interest.
